Kyle's father John practiced for over 16 years in offices on Willow Street in Mill Valley, specializing in domestic and commercial buildings. John grew up in Mill Valley in the 1930s and went to Old Mill School; it is fitting that so many of his projects were built in his hometown.

To me it's the story of place, either real or desired, that inspires the architecture. The context of the site, the environment - natural or man made - is the origin of the design evolution. From there it's a collaborative process between the customer and myself.

At Elida Doldan Schujman's Architecture Studio, our building solutions are as unique as our customers' lives and requirements.
